The JPL teams are supported by the follwing team:

Damian Mills, Head of Player Development & Recruitment: With 12 years of coaching experience across various age groups and the Ladies team, Damian leads player development, providing individual support and working with coaches on player-centric strategies. 

Ian Nelder-Morgan, Head of Academy: Ian coordinates department heads, coaches, and volunteers, and serves as the Club Welfare Officer on the wider club committee. 

Ralph Tucker, Head of Strength & Conditioning: Ralph develops players' physical and mental strength, and offers nutritional advice to both players and parents
